What: Pet parents can now schedule appointments with a veterinary professional in advance, guaranteeing a meeting at a time that suits their schedule.
Why: Even though we offer 24/7 on-demand visits, the ability to schedule an appointment provides enhanced convenience and flexibility for working pet parents.
Key Benefits: This new feature gives added assurance for users, personalized pet care and streamlined scheduling.
What: We expanded our integration options for employers in 2023 to provide better and more convenient access to employers including email, Okta SSO, Google SSO, Microsoft Entra SSO and Employee ID numbers.
Why: In an effort to provide a seamless and turnkey process, we added these additional integration options to adapt to our diverse set of clients and partner preferences.
